Love is...

Remember these comics?
I know someone out there is as old as I am!
I used to cut these out of the paper when I was in high school. I have saved them for twenty some odd years now. I knew one day they would be useful for something!

I was thinking I should come up with my own Love is...
So, here it is...

Love is...

Making your family Banana Waffles with Warm Maple Syrup for Saturday Morning Breakfast!
:0)

~Have a great weekend!~

I like your version of love :)
I always wondered why those people never had any clothes on.

I obviously did not get enough love since I have never seen those comics and we never got warm maple syrup with our non existent waffles as a child. Woe is me. Now I will snap out of it... :)

Will you come make me one of those for breakfast? That looks amazing. I could use a break from boring old cereal.

OMG, I cut those out every day! Who know's where they went.

Probably trashed along with my collection of every People magazine from the very first one.

I did love the little naked people!

Little did you know that 20 years later you would have a blog and everything you saved from growing up would come in handy! ;)

Stopping by from SITS!

Good Morning Kim...

Love the comics. My husband just came in my office and asked if we could have what you were having for breakfast!! Cracks me up. He has been eating oatmeal everyday trying to get his cholesterol down. I think I will treat him with waffles. Have a great day.

That IS love...I can feel it :) I do remember these comics...haven't seen them in ages! I love that you've saved them (I'm a bit of a pack-rat when it comes to certain things, myself)!

What adorable comics! Those waffles look great. I need to break down and get a waffle iron.

What a coincidence-I used to cut thm out too! I think I put them in some sort of scrap book-must ask my mom if it's still there.
