I had leftover Heirloom Tomato Salsa from last night and leftover Feta from the
Greek Burger Wraps so I decided I should make this salad! It tastes great! I will have to add this to my Summer BBQ List!

Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked Rigatoni
- 2 cups Heirloom Tomato Salsa (Click on the link above for recipe.)
- 1/2 cup crumbled Feta
Toss all of the ingredients together in a large bowl and refrigerate several hours to combine all of the flavors. Then, slap a couple of spoonfuls onto a cute plate and eat up! How about a little crusty bread and a side of olive oil for dipping to go with this salad! Mmm!

Yum! I've got some feta in my fridge right now waiting to be used.
That looks divine!
If I made it, would it LOOK like that?!
O.k. I have no feta in my fridge, but I do have cheddar and mozzarella!
Yes, I love that song. I didn't think about it when I wrote the post but it might have been in the back of my mind!

Feta is a necessary item in this house. What isn't better with a little Feta?
