If you haven't noticed, I'm on a bit of a wrap kick right now! Click here to check out the Greek Chicken Wrap from a few days ago. I like using a tortilla instead of a bun. All of that bread is so filling! We put these on the grill and they were so fabulous!
Don't be alarmed with the look of that ground beef, it's still a little frozen!
These are super easy to make!
Round up the following for these amazing burgers!
- 1 lb ground beef or ground lamb
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 2-3 oz of crumbled feta
- 4 oz sliced black or kalamata olives
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4-1/2 tsp pepper
You will also need:
- Flour Tortillas
- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato
- Onion (if desired)
~Mmm~

I would never have thought to try this combination of ingredients and then wrap them. I am completely intrigued. I need to head to the store to day anyway... I'll have to grab some ground beef and give it a whirl! It sure does look good :)
I've only had Greek food once, but it was good!
I'm in love with Greek food too, this looks SO good! Great idea!
I made this! Sortof. :) I stuck mine in a pita and drizzled (okay...doused) a cucumber dill sauce (sour cream, milk, cucumber dill dressing mix) over them. Thanks for the idea!
