Only a few ingredients are needed.
- 1 cup of pinto beans, sorted, rinsed, soaked and cooked until tender.
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 cup Verde Salsa
Garnish this chili with:
- shredded jack cheese
- sour cream
- avocado
- diced tomato
- extra Verde Salsa if you wish
Brown your Turkey and Garlic in a large pan. Add your spices, beans and salsa.
Simmer for 20-25 minutes.
(It might not be pretty but it sure is tasty!)

Top with cheese, sour cream, avocado, tomato and more salsa. Serve with warm tortillas. This is a delicious and easy weekday meal. You can use canned bean to make the job faster.
