I would like to do a couple of introductions today.
First, I would like to introduce you to my lunch, Black Bean, Mexican Rice and Cheese Quesadilla with fresh Pico de Gallo (Left over from the Mexican Fiesta) and sour cream. (She has a long name, I know!) We will call her Delicious for short. Anyway, Delicious please meet all of my Bloggy friends! I know you are going to love them! Okay, that's enough, now it's time for you to go on a little trip and don't worry it won't hurt a bit! :P
I also would love to introduce you to a lovely new blog I have discovered. It's called Canning Jars Etc. There is some excellent info on canning over there and I am sure that as time passes there will be a mountain of terrific advice and information shared.
