Yogurt, Mixed Berry and Granola Smoothie

Here is another yummy smoothie for you to try!

  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 8 oz vanilla or honey yogurt
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • whipping cream (optional)
Put all of the ingredients in order into your blender and blend until smooth. Adjust berries and juice to gain the desired consistency. Top with whip if you wish. Pour into your favorite glass and drink up!
