This chicken has the best flavor! Even my very picky son gobbled it up!
Ingredients
Now, in the picture I served the chicken with Mexican rice, but it is also excellent with white or brown rice cooked in the leftover broth. (Be sure to strain it first.)
Top with sour cream and hot sauce. This makes your home smell wonderful and it's so tender and flavorful. You and your family are sure to love it!!
~Enjoy~

Hi. Went looking for your Mom's blog, but it did not come up.
Would you mind giving me the address?
Thanks
Barbara Jean

PS - I have a sneaking suspicion that you are a little bit gourmet!
Great post!
Did you notice that something has been missing from your blog? It might have appeared around the time I stopped commenting? I’m sorry about all that. I took a little hiatus from the blogosphere, but I couldn’t stay away too long. After a break, I had to come by again and see what you’ve been up to.
Glad that I did.

This sounds yummy and easy... I so enjoy your recipes... thanks for sharing!
I'm pretty sure my husband would love this. I really should just go get a manicure, but I think I'll let my nails recover after Sunday. The right hand looks really ugly and don't want them wondering what I was up to, lol!
Oh my Gosh....
DELISH!
Hope you're having a great week. :)

Oh! I'm having a little giveaway on my bloggy if you're interested. :)
That looks really yummy too! You are practically planning next week's menu for me. :)
I do something similar except use beer instead of broth. All the alcholo is cooked out by the time it's finished, but it has a yummy flavor :) Try it!!
Just stopping by and I noticed that we have the same dishes!
This looks yummy.
