honey I love a good crisp!

I was contacted recently by the nice folks at Silk to see if I would be interested in sampling their new variety of soymilk. Of course I said yes, yes, yes, please, and thank you!

This particular Silk is called Heart Health and has been clinically shown to reduce bad cholesterol levels by up to 7% in just 4 weeks. Well, ya can't beat that, right?!

I decided to use my Silk in a yummy crisp.

This crisp is really nice! Give it a try when you get a chance!

Print me!

I hope you all had a lovely weekend! My son and I had a little mom and son date today. We went to see Toy Story 2 in 3-D. I haven't seen this movie since my daughter was little. It sure was fun seeing Buzz and Woody again!

Oh, boy does that crisp ever look good! Love crisp!!

I'm going to have to look for this soy milk. If it can reduce my cholesterol, plus make other small changes, to reduce it even further, I'm in!! Thanks for a terrific product review that I can and will pursue.

Beyond delicious. That last shot has me wanting to grab 3 spoonfuls, HUGE spoonfuls.

I did this with Almond Milk. Silk was a very good idea, but Almond Milk has similar nutritional benefits and it's about $1 cheaper in the store.

Thanks for the recipe!

This looks delicious! I've never made a crisp with any kind of milk. I love Silk. I've used it in waffles and pancakes before and different baked goods. And I can't start my day without Silk French Vanilla creamer in my coffee!
