Chicken Alfredo Wraps

You all know what a fan I am of wraps. They're so versatile. This one actually started out in my head as a pizza but quickly morphed into a wrap. It was quick, easy, and tasty!

First, I grabbed some zucchini and basil from the garden. My tomatoes aren't yet ready so I had to pick those up from the store. I sliced the zucchini and tomatoes and chopped the basil.

I marinated a couple of boneless chicken breasts in some olive oil, lemon juice, chopped garlic, kosher salt, and cracked pepper for about 30 minutes and then placed it on my outdoor grill. When it was done grilling, I sliced it up.

I also used a little shredded mozzarella and some Newman's Own Alfredo Sauce.

I heated the Alfredo Sauce in a medium sized bowl in the microwave, added the sliced chicken and tossed to coat. I then layered everything onto a burrito sized flour tortilla.

I wrapped it up and placed it on the griddle to brown it up a little.

I love all of the wonderful fresh flavors in this. You really must try it!

This is one wrap my son is going to love-he's just "acquired" a taste for alfredo, so I'm guessing he's going to eat it in any form!!
