My Apron Haiku

(Okay, I revised my haiku a little. I think it's right now. Maybe!)

The Apron Goddesses
So, Julia over at The Apron Goddesses has this really fun apron activity going on at her blog right now! Go take a peek and then join in the fun!

My Apron
a haiku

Colorful and bright
Makes me think of

simpler times
meals with family

Okay, don't laugh at me if this is not really a Haiku! I did my best! I have been out of school for about 75 years now, I am a little rusty!

Lovely apron! The way you have it posed on a pine tree makes me think of Christmas dinners.

Thanks for stopping by!

I like your poem, but I don't remember what a haiku is, so there ya go. I haven't seen this yet, so I'm off to check it out. Julia is fabulous.

Thanks for playing along and I liked you Haiku. That is the heart of aprons is it not?

Nice apron!

And I like the Haiku. I remember what it is but I can't quite remember the rules.

I love it! The apron is pretty too. But I am not buying that you have been out of school for 75 years :o)

I love the haiku... but wait... how is it fair that you can cook and write poetry?! Not fair, not fair...

I have a slight apron obsession myself.
