Easy Crock-Pot Swedish Meatballs

And now, for the long awaited and highly anticipated Swedish Meatballs!

(I really wanted to doll them up with some chopped parsley but I was fresh out, so just imagine that you see some on top of these lovely little guys, okay!)

Don't get too excited, I used frozen meatballs!

Okay, here is the cute little display of ingredients.

And here are the easy-peazy instructions!

  • 1 pound frozen mini meatballs (TJs has some really yummy ones without a lot of junky stuff in them.)
  • 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 cup light sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 2 tsp worcestershire
  • 2 or 3 dashes tabasco
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
Place your soup, sour cream, milk, spices, tabasco, and worcestershire into the crock-pot. Stir well to combine. Stir in your frozen meatballs.
Cook on high 4-6 hours or on low 8-10 hours. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley. Serve over noodles or rice.
Yummy!!

This recipe is so easy, my dog could make it!

She loves to cook! Just look at her! She has been making cupcakes for us this this morning and she is covered in flour! She makes me clean up the kitchen for her. Can you believe it!

~Have a great Monday~

The dog is hilarious! Glad you have a good helper in the kitchen.

Costco has good frozen meatballs, too :)

Your dog is funny. Cracked me up seeing her like that. At first I did not realize it was flour not just spots on her head.

I love Sweedish meatballs...
course, I also always loved the Sweedish Chef on the Muppet - does that say anything about my taste in all things Sweede?

I haven't made them in a long time! Yours look delish!

Um, is that supposed to be a black dog? That's too funny. I wonder if they make those suits like they wear at Krispy Kreme for dogs who cook?

Oh I love me some crock pot cooking. Now I just have to clean it out from using it yesterday! Oh and the parsley looks fantastic on there ;)

Your dog looks adorable.

I finally got to try this! I made it for my mom (who is running around with the use of only one arm after surgery) and she told me I wasn't allowed to make it ever again because she ate too much. Obviously she liked it. :)
